I have over 9 years of aviation experience providing a positive and welcoming onboard environment for high end and diverse clientele. I’m dedicated to passenger safety, comfort and providing excellent in-flight service. I have strong customer service skills and flexibility to adapt to all operational changes. Proven expertise in ensuring highest quality service while consistently exceeding expectations. I’m also a FACTS instructor with Aircare International based in DFW, so passenger and crew safety are top priorities. I can commute anywhere in the DFW area, including Austin, San Antonio, Waco and Houston areas when needed. I’m a hard worker and ensure that both crew and passengers have a positive flight, even in challenging situations.
